Oana Photography – Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all gift cards issued by Oana Photography, Rugby, Warwickshire.
By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Gift cards can be redeemed toward any available photoshoot session or photography package offered by Oana Photography, including Family, Baby, Maternity, or Seasonal Sessions (subject to studio availability).

2. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the card.
Sessions must be booked and completed before the expiry date. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded.

3. Booking & Redemption

• To redeem a gift card, the recipient must contact Oana Photography directly by email at info@oanaphotography.co.uk to arrange their session.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person(s) named on the voucher.
• Bookings are subject to studio availability and seasonal scheduling.
• Gift cards may not be redeemable for mini-sessions or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked session.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session value.
• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.

5. Value & Partial Use

• Each gift card holds a fixed monetary or package value as stated at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or used to purchase additional gift cards.
• If the chosen package exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid at the time of booking.
• If a package of lesser value is chosen, no cash refund will be given — however, the remaining credit may be used toward product upgrades (e.g. prints or additional images) within the same session.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Oana Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards once issued.
Please treat your gift card as cash. Replacement may be offered only at our discretion with valid proof of purchase.

7. Digital & Physical Vouchers

• Printed gift cards are presented in a branded envelope.
• Digital gift cards (e-vouchers) will be sent via email within 24–48 hours of purchase.
• Both types of gift cards hold equal value and conditions.

8. Additional Terms

• All images remain the property of Oana Photography and are subject to standard usage rights and copyright.
• Prices, session availability, and package inclusions are subject to change without notice, but previously purchased gift cards will retain their original value.
• By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you consent to communication from Oana Photography regarding booking arrangements and related updates.
